Wuyi is a lesser known variety of oolong in the tea market.  It is such a beautifully bold and wonderful tea when processed correctly.

Here we have the same farm, same harvest season - just one is artisan process, and the other conventional.

Feeling before tasting, smelling - one tea will be "warm" and preserve or hold energy in the body, the other will be "cold" dispersing energy from the body.  This backdrop tapestry of Chinese medicine forms a key element in our tea processing standards.
